Tom Durkin created Cohasset Concierge Services because he too experienced the same imbalance that most of our clients feel in their lives: a ton of tasks on our to-do list and never enough time to get them all done.

Prior to starting Cohasset Concierge Services, Tom’s background was in Financial Services; Institutional Equity Sales Trading and Global Securities Operations. Tom has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a Master’s degree in finance from Suffolk University. During his high school years and prior to college, Tom worked each summer with a handyman/jack-of all-trades at a home improvement company in Cohasset and learned a variety of skills. And with 25 years experience serving large institutional investors, Tom honed his customer services skills and ability to manage projects and connect with the right people to get things done.

Tom enjoys helping other people enjoy a more balanced life, being more productive in their time at work and spending more time with friends and family. Tom resides in Cohasset with six children, Micaela, Thomas, Daniel, Caleigh, Caitlin, and Sean. Being from and having a large family gives Tom a real appreciation of what it means to try to balance it all!
