Terms and Conditions

Payment

• All payments for services are due upon completion. 
• All additional service charges incurred will be due upon completion of service. 
• A major credit card will be held as a security upon request of services.

Hours of Operation

• Business office hours are 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday. 
• Services may be available by appointment beyond business office hours. 

Condition

• We will reply to all requests for services within 24 hours. 
• If services are requested outside of standard Cohasset Concierge business hours, additional charges may apply. 
• Cohasset Concierge holds the right to refuse any business it feels is unsafe and unsuitable for its employees. 
• Cohasset Concierge reserves the right to make all final decisions on services and related costs.
